A guy in a relationship/married men is "thirsty" for another girl? I see this at work mainly since that's where I spent most of my time. I was talking to my co worker and how this married man (who works there) is thirsty for another girl.

Thirsty: desperate for someone, eager, wanting someone really bad

We were all talking about how he would cheat on his wife for a girl you can tell he likes

Some women just totally quit trying once they get married. They let their body go, they shut off sex, they basically get comfortable and complacent and think they don't need to be they way they were before getting the ring. Some women, not all. But those who do that obviously leave the door open for their husbands to start looking around elsewhere because they don't get what they need from their wife. That doesn't make it right for the guy to cheat, but that's the reality. I always say, "there's not always an excuse, but there's ALWAYS a reason." That said, some guys are just dicks and will cheat on a good wife too.

Committing to one woman is the hardest thing in the world for a guy. Most male animals aren't hardwired for monogamy, and people are a species of animal. We just happen to have developed a society that encourages monogamy. So we aren't incapable of not cheating, but it goes against everything we're naturally inclined to. The guys who commit easily often do so out of desperation, because it's hard to get women to sleep with you, and they don't like all the hoops they'd have to jump through, so it's easier to sell out and commit. This will get tons of down votes because women don't like to hear this and refuse to accept it, but that's the reality of the situation.
