How do you feel about voting? Do you think people who don't vote are in the wrong? Take our democracy for granted, or maybe you feel differently?

I've been watching you lot on the run up to the election, which I may add seems to be a permanent thing for you people, every day is campaign day. Take a bloody break.

And what's with constantly trying to own the other side? It's like watching 5 year olds going, "na na na na na na I'm the king of the castle.." it's one step away from sticking your fingers in your ears and blowing raspberries. Do we really need need to make millions of memes and YouTube videos? Why you so obsessed with stirring the pot?

And why's everyone so nasty and full of hate? The language uses isn't very nice is it? Over here we refer to the opposition as the right honourable gentleman on the right/left and not as a libtard or Republicunt, and one certainly does not accuse them of lying, more that they are mistaken or misinformed. You lot seem intent on dehumanising each other, that's how genocides start you know.

And stop worshipping politicians like God's, no other civilised country does this? It makes you look like a Banana Republic on the brink of civil war. Fawning over your leaders like infatuated 12 year old girls at a boy band concert just makes you look ridiculous on the world stage.

Isn't it time you stopped villifing each other, stopped labelling everything a left/right issue to to demolished with gusto, showed some dignity and grew up.

So my one my male classmate (to keep his privacy I'm just going to use the first initial of his name) J asked us in the group chat, since the Democratic party got rid of Joe Biden and threw in Kamala Harris, and then Nikki Haley was thrown in to the race somehow by the Republican party, would the American people vote for them. I mean technically no one even nominated Harris and she's running for president. One of my male classmates said it would be a literal shit show seeing two women, both from different political parties running, who are both interesting in their own way, like you'll have half the men and some women refusing to vote so it'll be a shit show for sure. So if the presidential election was between Nikki Haley and Kamala Harris who would you vote for or would you just refuse to vote that year, hope and pray for the best of refuse to vote and move abroad.
