Are there any real sports informal, formal, or traditional where men face women in a real competition with groin strikes and such allowed?

Are there any real sports traditional, formal, informal etc. where men face women for real whether in a fight, grappling, or just wrestling but groin strikes/grabs and such are allowed? In some combat sports there are men vs women and some countries have women getting involved in traditional forms of wrestling where there are not as many rules but groin attacks and such are usually illegal.

If you know if any let me know, I’m interested to know how these work and what it would look like.

Not sure.. I think any combat where guys make the rules they just immediately ban groin strikes 😂

Do you ever aim for the groin? Yeah I understand it being illegal for like higher risk contact but I think it should be allowed in like wrestling at least so the women get a chance.
