What are the Top 3 most challenging sports?

Regular rugby. Getting through that wall of players to score a try is quite a task

American football. Similar reason. You need to break through a wall of men and are only allowed one forward pass and the ref blows the whistle every 5 seconds, which disrupts the rhythm of the game. And they also need to constantly change players and altar plays based on the progression of the game.

Soccer (Football) I know people make fun of it, but think about it, you need to run for 90 minutes, sometimes more, and as you can see from the scores, getting the ball into the back of that net is no easy task, unless you're Chile playing Mexico 😂

Different sports are challenging in different ways. For example, a basketball player would have trouble becoming an olympic platform diver or a an NFL player might have a difficult time trying to play tennis against a pro.
