It does take to long to make decisions but better then the unfairness we had before.

It's ruined the game as far as I'm concerned.

I use to celebrate goals. Now I can't until they have finished poncing about for 5 minutes, only to make the same decision as the ref made because to overturn it would be, too close to call!
