Salt Lake City will be hosting the Winter Olympics again in 2034, Do you think it's a good choice?

This will be their second time. I do think it's about as good of a choice as any for Winter, However, I would have chosen Squaw Valley/ Lake Tahoe CA again like in 1960. There is a congressman in NC who is trying to press for Charlotte, NC to get the summer games in 2040, who knows?

Salt Lake City did a really good job with the Winter Olympics in 2002, so there'd be no reason that they wouldn't do a really good job again. Unless the weather doesn't cooperate (like not enough natural snow for the skiing and other outdoor events). However, even that shouldn't be an issue, since most ski resorts are able to make their own snow anyway.

No it is not. I do not see why the USA keeps getting them. they have it again in Los Angeles, the summer games that is. I wonder how much bribery or blackmail went on,.

Honestly I don't watch or pay attention to the Olympics, I have no idea as to weather it's a good choice or not.
