Trending & News I played all kinds of sports.
As for organized sports, I was the first string first baseman on a championship park league team from age 8 to 13. I was also a really good outfielder and had a high batting average.
I was on my school basketball team in 7th and 8th grade.
I went to a different school in 9th grade and played the tennis team.
I didn't join any school sports in high school.
At community college, took courses in archery and canoeing.
In my mid-30s I joined a fencing club at a local park and did that for a couple of years.
Thank you for the mention I played American tackle football and I played with NFL pro bowlers. I wrestled in school. I was a golden gloves, boxing 🥊 champion super heavy, weight division. I played one year of soccer boys and girls team. It was interesting. I played some baseball
Np! Thank you for the inspiration to this question.
Wow that is a very accomplished history of sports there!
@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 a lot of people don't know that @Iron_Man is a champion and an olympic man!
I know but i consider a guy who is a good in different kinds of sports to be olympic hehe
You're welcome 😌
@MrChinaski why is that friend?
@MrChinaski sports was my passion. I worked very hard in my youth, and I’m proud of what I have accomplished. Thank you. it’s still my passion, but everybody has their day. Where they can be in their prime
i played all sorts in school but just in intramurals, soccer, softball, volleyball, beach volleyball, not hockey unfortunately i came late to that 🥴
I was on a local rugby team but I quit to save my good looks. To be fair I was mostly in it for the drinking and sex.
I’ve pretty much lived in sports my whole life 😄
Tennis is my main love – played competitively, traveled for tournaments, still train like I’m on tour 🎾
I’ve also done track (sprints), a bit of soccer, and some volleyball in school.
These days it’s mostly tennis, running, strength training, plus yoga to keep my body loose and injury‑free 💪🧘♀️

I have done and continue to do a substantial amount of sailboat racing. This is definitely an organized sport, although perhaps not what you had in mind when you asked this question. There are sailboat races where only a single person races against another person, but the ones that I have mostly participated in are team sports in the sense that you have a group of people on each boat because the boats are big enough that they require this. You race against other boats. It is a very physically difficult sport and also psychologically difficult.
played a whole lot... soccer and American football
played, but less... rugby
played many times, for the fun of it... volleyball, tennis
played it, tried, but didn't like it much... baseball and basketball
there were other things... but I don't really consider them to be sports
When I was younger, I played in several organized sports: softball, volleyball, basketball, golf, 10-pin bowling.
I did it for the fun and the exercise.
Haven't been in organized sports in years. I do occasionally dabble in golf, baseball and bowling.
If your talking about just in general
Basketball
Baseball
Football
Softball
Soccer
Volleyball
Kickball
Hackey Sack ( it is a sport technically )
Martial Arts
Bowling
Bodybuilding
Swimming
There's probably more but I can't remember.
But if your talking about team wise or in a professional type setting then
Martial Arts
Soccer
Baseball
Softball
Yes, baseball, rundown, Frisbee, kickball, murderball, dodgeball, basketball, football (hated it!!), biking, dwarf tossing, hide the salami and I've done a TON of swimming and LOADS of drumming!! Which should also be considered a sport, the way I play `em!!
I have played Tennis and i did bodybuilding and when i was a kid some gymnastics, i was an athletic man until my early 20's...
Now i'm an overweight couch potato, not lazy when it comes to work, lazy when it comes to training or doing any kind of sports! 😓
Swimming and bowling (not a sport though) I did voluntarily so I still do them. My parents forced me to play soccer and softball so I almost out of obligation hated them just because I didn't get to decide.
Volleyball in college. Our dorm team was #1. On mission trips, I would play table tennis- seems to be very universal sport. And I came in second in college at it. Bowling and golf on my own just for the fun of it. Can't golf much not due to shoulder surgery.
I've played Football, Hockey, wrestling, basketball, baseball and Boxing. I was average at best at all of them, and way to small. But I had the heart of a Philadelphian so I often got into fist fights and got tossed from the game before I got tired or crushed. I think I have the record for most disqualifications in Bucks county history in wrestling
Air rifle and air pistol shooting, bow shooting, volley ball... than I focused on boys and different sport activities.
Volleyball, basketball , soccer.
I play a bit of everything.
I've never played anything in a club, just doing things for fun from time to time like playing badminton or beach volleyball with friends.
Beach volleyball ofc, making these two potatos going up and down with each jump while wearing your bikinis and falling in the mud or sand hahaha
Competitively, played hockey, baseball, swam and varsity football. Recreationally, I golf and I've got too many old sports injuries now to do anything else
Football (slot receiver), cross country, outdoor track, indoor track in high school. Just the running plus skiing and a Rugby club (fly half) in college.
Well mainly 3 sports. I actively played hockey and baseball at a high level in my youth now its baseball (mixed) and hockey ( Beer league) for fun and also golf.
@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 The only one I really like and developed some skill at was basketball, intermural in High School, and with a "B' league afterwards and some pick up games
Organized, no. Technically I was on the 5th grade basketball team, but literally everyone who wanted to was put on the team. But I was only on it for 2 days, 'cuz it was a private school and my parents wouldn't drive me to the games
I played tennis, I was a tri captain in my senior year of high school. I played soccer in middle school but stopped to focus on tennis.
T ball
Cross country
Soccer
And volley ball
I played Volleyball and softball in high school
