It looks like Sophie may be leaving the Fever.

For those who don't follow the WNBA...

Sophie only had a one-year contract with the team. They can only protect some of their players from being drafted by other teams, and they chose not to protect Sophie. And the team management is not happy with Sophie's comments about allowing men (as trans women) to play in women's sports.

So, it's reasonable to assume she will not be on the Fever team next season.
