How to get rid from the startup interrupt menu?

Every time my pc starts the is this stupid menu asking for sth and it always makes a big noise... BEEEP :(

Maybe posting a picture of it might actually help others in understanding what menu is it. Is it a grey or blue background menu (BIOS)? Have you checked that you don't have any button of the keyboard that are stuck (usually the Esc, Del or F1 to F12, depends on your computer)? Typically this is the reason.
