Yep, depending on what was "actively" hacked (personal computer/online account). That is why we should have different passwords for each site and ideally two-step authentication.
Different problem is with "passive" viruses if you install something from untrustworthy sources. Some viruses can record everything you do on your computer without being suspicious for a long time and by doing so gain login and password to all online/bank accounts you logged into over that period of time (hence why good antivirus is a must have).

what do you mean with steal your bank account? like transfer money from it or just get information? I think most banks have a system to avoid hackers transferring money, at least the ones I had do.. need to approve with a code on my phone or a physical code list. Pretty safe. Besides, your bank money is insured in a sense, so if someone steals from it your will be covered. So no worries there.
Can also have two-factor authentication system on your social media, which makes it safer from hackers.. Guess it might still be possible if they hack the two systems, but surely more secure than a simple code.
It depends the way they have hacked you e. g If you download teamviewer on your phone and it is successfully set up the scammer can control your device
Depends if you have the credentials saved on your device or not.
