Obviously the "schist disc" is much more finely crafted, but then an important person was buried with it, so you'd expect that.

OMG! They had blenders back then for smoothies and that is the mixing blade of one. I want to know how they could carve one of those out of stone when they had crude instruments back then. You would need some specialized tools to carve out one of those, like a Dremel and some kind of diamond sand paper- with a lot of patience to boot.
