Can you sue inactive accounts from Europe or other countries due to insults or hatespeech since hatespeech or online/public insults are illegal there?

In european countries like germany, france, austria etc or in countries like turkey hatespeech or insulting someone is illegal unlike america
This is a serious question. I had many social media accounts when i was a minor and i did stupid things. I already deleted majority of my social media accounts. I am still scared that i may get sued for my stupid behaviour in the past. I also find out that gag dont delete your old posts of your inactive accounts which is the reason why I ask this question.

In turkey or on turkish social media platforms i notice many people sue when they get insulted. So it is not uncommon to sue anyone for insults in turkey. Maybe it is is cheap to do that? I dont know

Possibly, but good luck with that. No self respecting lawyer would take up an international meanness online case, you'll be laughed out of every office. Plus imagine the costs that YOU are going to have in doing so even if you succeed, as YOU are on the hook for it.

I won't sue, it would need lot of time and expenses. Also I usually have never insulted or made hate speech against anybody.
