Do you find it unfair it only takes one single complaint and your account gets suspended?

Let's say you're working on any customer service department or even on phone translation. Get 100 calls right and the clients are so happy about your service but then just that one call that the audio failed a bit or you forgot to ask if you have to leave a voicemail in case no one answer is enough for the company to make a big deal, get your account suspended and leave you without work for days. Otherwise it wasn't nothing that major. You still did your introduction and you're already exhausted by then.

Isn't that unfair? Yet you get no praise, no extra money, no nothing for those 100+ great calls, only that one single complaint.
