it is because we have a negative point of view at the police and government due to prior incidents like George Floyd etc.

That quote was from the founding fathers lol. Our country historically has a distrust of government and its a constant battle of people fighting for control and people fighting for freedom.

We've gotten this far because we've moved farther and farther in the direction of government control and arr suffering the punishment. George Floyd happened in part because they have too much control.

We wouldn't care about a racist cop if the police were rightfully acting as public servants that answer to citizens.

Cyber Bullying is way more common (90%) than any other things. Especially on Social Media Plattforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. You would receive lots of passive comments and insults.
