By graphic tablet, i mean an interface by which one can use a stylus to write /draw on an external device (computer, mobile). See the product below

For artists, i believe this is an essential tool but for non artists, is it worth it? It can potentially save paper, help in sharing notes but other than that, i can't find any uses which can justify the price
For price comparison (I live in India) they are as follow: Rs 3500 for tablet. A 200-page notebook can be obtained for Rs 100.
