I’m trying to send a video to an EX , but I want them to get it, and for them not to reply. I want to block him AFTER. Can he see and download the video, if I block him immediately?

I have 2 points on this question. First, it appears that you are a bit sensitive with comments about the blocking. I can tell you from experience if a blocked person want's to contact you, they can find a way. Blocking someone is nowhere near the final act because burner phones are so easy to get and use. As to sending the video. With some exceptions, I don't use my phone to send a video. What I do is upload the video to my website, link to it, and send that link via email. You can do this using google drive. Then have his emails sent to your spam/trash folder and most email clients clean that folder out every 30 days. Mission accomplished. However, be advised. regardless of how you send the video. Your best option is to change your phone number and email account.

  Well, maybe. If I were you I would send the email to an account where he knows you. Then abandon that account. The reason using a new account is the video link might land in his spam folder. My email client sends a lot of my incoming email to spam.

  On further thought disregard my advice with regard to changing the phone number. The reason is a new number might cause more issues than the ex. My executive asst had this to happen to her. She changed numbers and for almost 2 weeks was getting all sorts of calls from creditors and businesses making collection calls, sever of these were automated. The last person that had that number instead of fixing the problem just changed their number.

Yes, that should work. Any media you send while unblocked will be viewable. Then block him and any text he sends won't be seen or saved on your phone should you unblock him.
You could “hit and run” tactic of several videos (guys hitting on you? Sex tape?) and then immediately block again, several times.
Its a dangerous game. Watched a lot a true crime shows that start this way….

You’re sending a video of you and somebody else having sex to your ex? Yeah that’ll work. They can see it even if you block their number. But they might not watch it if they’re that pissed at you. Either way you’ll never know.

  Yes I’m sure they can see it because once is send it’s already send even though you block him. That video can not be seen only if you had deleted it or ‘unsend’. But all you did is block him not to contact you back , so he can still see it…

  Well not exactly I think that I have however sent a text and then blocked their number. Maybe I am only thinking of sending messages through Facebook though. I think though that I have done it. It would make sense to go through as a text even if you block their number after you send it because the block is more so specific to your phone where as that text would then be interlay in the network as soon as it leaves your phone.
