Think about it. The houses in a street are only 3% of what is visible. You can see some through the windows and doors but you know much more is inside.

The internet is mostly index driven. Google and others give you view of the house via the index. They cannot give you access to the house itself.

Yes. But bear in mind that anything which can't be crawled by a search engine is considered part of the deep / dark web. That includes stuff like private facebook profiles, anything with a captcha code, anything behind a paywall, and anything that requires a user account to access. Most of it is perfectly legal and not sinister at all.

Access to other parts are not essential to most people. And you have to be somewhat tech-savvy if you wanna go really deep using Tor browser, vpn, and all that. Most people simply don't need that.
