Will employers know you tried to preview the Microsoft Teams video chat?

I've had a few meetings on Microsft teams.

I don't have the app so the company sends me the link through Outlook and I just click on it from that.

I've used it 4 times and the last time a few weeks ago, they could see me but the sound wasn't working.

I could hear him, but he couldn't hear me. I had my headphones on.

If you click on the link to join meeting, will the employers know you tried to get onto it before the meeting?

All will know as the background agencies pull all your social media platforms and summarizes for Employer. I am an USA Employer and a global employee.
