I would, but I'm an oddity. My insta is public too. I'll tag where I am in my stories. While yes they're stalker risks I'm just not concerned.

For a colleague, seeing me post to snap in my offtime will not be affected nor would I be concerned about it if they shared it or their opinions of it

If said co-worker wants to start something outside the office with me, be it friendship relationship or even drinking buddies I'd suggest we do it over whatsapp or something like that instead. More secure and less trashy

Yea snaps one of the few apps that lets u really control what one person sees. Just make sure u set it up to exclude ur stories if u want. Lol I could always tell them u hardly post n then just share pics n stuff from holiday parties or other work acceptable things
