What Laptop Should I Get?

I’m learning to code off of a library computer and saved up enough to get a laptop. I’m wondering what laptop I should get for general use + art + coding. I’m new to laptops and don’t really know much about them so any helpful statements are welcomed! I’m looking in the 600-1500.

Well, make sure to look for one with a SSD instead of one with HDD, also don't buy one that have both because the HDD is gonna make it slow which it's gonna make the SSD useless, also get something with at least 8 GB of RAM, the more the better, and I don't like personally Intel processors so go for an AMD processor, about the brand, myself I like Toshiba and Lenovo but Acer, Dell and Huawei are pretty good as well, about the size I rather compact ones, 13", but many people like over 14"
