What was your first laptop / notebook?

A 2007 Macbook. Black. It topped out at OSX Lion so it became pretty useless except as a platform for some older NI apps like Absynth and FM. I finally put Windows 10 on it, but it was sloooowwww. Ended at a Linux flavor, forget which one, and gave it away early this year.

I bought it in 1990.

I remember that the brand was Sharp.

It looked like a portable typewriter.

It was fat & heavy.

It was white.

Asus, the color was yellow exactly like the picture below, and if u turn on ur laptop in a dark place, ull see the pikachu ears on the back of lcd (the yellow part)

My first laptop was a SONY VIAO & I still have it & it still works however I get the blue screen of death from time to time.

A Fuji, model number not known. About 10 or 12 years old. Still used with Ubuntu 20.04. One day, I will upgrade to 22.04.

It was huge Acer flagship in 2010. Too big and too heavy for school but perfect for games.

I didn't get one until I was 19/20 and it was my old friend's. Lasted for a few months until power blew. It was faulty
