When and why did you shift from a traditional messaging app to any of the messengers available in the market?

Since I've been in the states I think I started using this WhatsApp because my wife gets deployed and that's a way we can communicate as long as there is internet access. When I was in Japan I think it was Line or that other one I don't even remember the name of anymore (video chat sort of thing)... that was more about the free texting and calling. My wife pays for the unlimited stuff so I don't even think about the cost of texts and calls anymore. We resort to it if the military blocks certain things like facebook or phones in general.

I don’t fck with apps that much. If people want me, they got my number. If i dont want them to have my number, then they got my discord. I only had whatsapp whenever i was dating a foreigner or wanted to keep tabs on android users to see if them mfs left me on read 😂🤣

I have Facebook to entertain my mom by Liking her things, and have Twitter or something do dump Shares for mobile game rewards simply not to post them on Facebook. 🤣

I actually text message people traditionally, although almost never have anyone with any time…

I don't message, ever. I have messages disabled on my phone. If someone wants to talk to me, and they can actually open up their mouth and speak, real communication, fancy that!

I was messaging someone internationally about three years ago, and I used WhatsApp, but I stopped using it since then.

Mainly cause i find Instagram and WhatsApp as. ore reliable to text than regular messaging. Especially since I'm on an android.
