Why are my online baking keeping locking?

I went to the bank branch three times to unlock my account online, but I still has problem accessing my account online. I am fed up with online banking. I typed the right password and I keep getting locked out.

Is the password you are using too long? Sometimes sites have soft limits on passwords. In other words. They can have a character limit but not warn you or refuse the additional input. It just ignores the extra characters. So, it works for setup but not for subsequent logins.

Do an online reset and just use the minimum characters for your new password, usually eight characters. See if that works.
