You eed to open the photo in a photo viewing app that has an editing feature, crop it, then save the cropped picture. Now you can upload it.

Probably edit your photo in your photo library first before posting it here

First you need to save the image, then go to photo option in your phone on clicking the photo you should see the option of cropping. Trim the image as per your need and then save.
