Sort of- I learned how to balance real life, work, and gaming in a healthy manner!

I used to be a hardcore gamer in my 20s! I'm talking about stay up all night, then crawl to work after. Then I got older, more responsibilities, into fitness, and a job where I needed to focus more.

So yeah, I still game, but not as much as I used to (or want to). Gaming is like my reward for "adulting."

Never had any form of addiction in my life. I guess I am either to strong willed or simply lack the genes that makes you go overboard like that.

  Its not. Their implication was the dopamine rush we get from it. They however did not take into account, that there's a legion of men out there (myself included), that can't just go out and pluck sex like flowers like the top 20% of men pull it off.
