Twitter does not look less user friendly? Its not by much, but its slightly better than before Musk bought it.

I guess Reddit can be considered an option now that they are blocking the third party tools sjws used to mass ban people across multiple subs.

I only use twitter for game news/updates. So it might not effect me. I use Instagram the most out of all social media anyway.

At this time, because they can't make the storage for it, twitter blue users who they are using to make up the deficit from advertising profit loss are able to view a maximum of 6000 posts in a 24 hour span before they are blocked from viewing. Non-blue twitter users can see a maximum of 600 posts in that same span. Brand-new users will be able to view 300 posts before they are blocked from any other content on the website. If you are not a user of twitter, you cannot view it at all. This was not the case prior to these changes. Musk is doing what he can with what he has but as more advertisers refuse to use twitter, he's going to keep looking for money from the users somehow and twitter blue seems to be his biggest attempt at that right now. It's logical to assume that, if this works and gets more twitter blue subscribers, he's going to continue to limit non-subscribed users until it becomes a subscription-exclusive platform much like patreon.

And making Twitter viable without relying on advertisers goes against his views of free speech. He most certainly will still have enough advertisers even when removing all censorship from Twitter. He cares more about making money off of Twitter. Less about creating a site where everyone is free to speak their mind.
