If you’re keeping up with your screentime with a tracker use that same tracker to limit your amount of time on an app. I noticed I was up to like 12 hours a week just on my phone and I knew it was because I was able to endlessly scroll on tiktok, so I used my screentime thing to limit my time with it to an hour a day. If you believe you can’t trust yourself to stick to it, make it unlockable with a code and have someone else make it and not tell you what it is. That way you’ll be fully restricted.
If that’s the case you have too much free time. What other responsibilities do you have daily?
Last year was my exam year and I couldn't pass the exam, I have to take the exam again this year and I have to study, but I'm at home, I have no other responsibility than studying.
Then add them. Create a weekly schedule that includes exercise, household chores, and going out for hobbies. You can’t just eat and study, you will feel depressed

to be honest, I used to have a lot of friends and then my friend group broke up , many fights, bullying and I've been alone for a few years. maybe i have only 1 friend and she will go to another city because she passed the university exam this year
