I have a battery powered radio in my bedroom and it has randomly turned on multiple times. Creepy?

My ex-sister's house is haunted. a few times, they'd go off the bed for the night and, about 3:00 a. m., suddenly, the t. v. would come on BLASTING loud!
A few other nights, they were awakened by the smoke detectors but, when hubby got up to shut them off, he discovered none of them had any batteries!!

I live in a haunted house where the TV would turn on in my roommates bedroom even though she was at work. We never figured out why or how it was happening. Yes, creepy.

That must be something with wiring if it’s AC my guess with my DC radio is the built in batteries are wonky
