What are some good tracking devices?

Please do not preach morality or legality to me. My mind is made up. Just help me find what I'm asking for, please.

There is a 25-year-old man that my 14-year old daughter keeps sneaking off to see. I am raising her alone and cannot monitor her 24/7 due to needing to work. I know what his car looks like and his license plate, but that will do no good if he ever changes the plate on the car. He is extremely creepy. I've tried contacting the police, but they do nothing and say they do not have enough evidence on him.

I want to put something on his car to track him that cannot be detected in the event he makes a move on my daughter or someone else's child. Sadly, I do not have an Iphone for an Airtag. I do have a Galaxy s24 Ultra.

Hire a private investigator or ask a friend to do it or something. There are air tags made for Samsungs that you can use, but I don't know how you're going to use that without it being really obvious. You can also make her get life 360 on her phone

Obviously you did not or cannot read. I said I tried that already. The police are only good at responding AFTER something has happened. I am not waiting for something to happen to my daughter to act.
