it is not android fault but YES. in android phones is google play services that you need for google play store. it is ALWAYS monitoring BODY SENSOR unless you go into apps, setting>apps>google and disable it.

only enable when you need to use those but remember to disable both googles when you finish, first store disable then services. i dont even use chrome so all my google stuff is disabled.
