They already do. You can make as many accounts as you want. If you have an iPhone, your email is as good as non existent if you want it to be and I feel like I did see an incognito feature somewhere once.

GaG is more friendly/caring website

So the anonymous feature is not used to "hate"

On the other hand Reddit is full of "keyboard warriors" ready to bite people's heads off. With anonymous it would be 10 times worse.
