I was a huge MacOS fan (9 more than X, but still...) but when Steve Job ragequit the PowerPC platform and turned it into another Intel box, I couldn't justify the prices anymore.

Does it make a difference that Apple is now in the processor business?

I mean, good for them and it is impressive, but they lost me as a fan with that typical Jobs maneuver to cut off legacy compatibility with PowerPC software. And with that also OS9 legacy support. I am or was a bit of a collector of older games and knowing I can't play them anymore on Intel and certainly not on ARM does dissuade me from buying back in again.

Im lazy so windows because t's so easy to use. I have tried Linux in virtual machines but definitely harder to use and you have to go through terminal a lot to download and install programs.

Not anymore. linux has graphic picture buttons to click called gui' interface too!

I just think it's stupid that onedrive (notorious for messing shit up) is built in and you can get rid of it completely

Windows 11 is just fine you just got to take the time and debloat it. I actually like it better then 10 because it's simpler.

I could never use windows again.
It crashes 99% of the time compared to mac.

It did crash much more. I can remember the blue screen of death. I'm currently running Windows 10 and I can't remember having it ever crash.
