It is interesting and there are surprising generational connections.

I have no idea if the 2 hours is a significant improvement over subsonic flight but there is time to and from airports, checking in, waiting to board, clearing customs. I have my doubts there is much of a gain.

Since it takes about 24 hours of flying from Australia to Europe or North America anything that cuts down time in a tin can would be a blessing.

As someone that’s been in aviation their whole life I can say I don’t think it’s a good idea. The Concorde is the most tested aircraft before it was put into service than any other aircraft but it’s still very old in flight hours and cycles. Let her die with her legacy intact
