Aren't you tired of all this subscription-model BS?

Now in order to have full use of some of the electronic features on some new cars, you need to pay a monthly subscription fee. It was bad enough that for a lot of home software now you have to pay monthly/annually to keep using it - it used to be when you bought, say, MS Office, you owned that version; now they want you to pay every year. In that particular instance you can still buy it for a one-time price but without support and for a much higher price.

Aren't you tired of all this subscription-model BS?
