How to live without phone?

Sounds like bliss to me , if only I could.
Work , planning my social life , chatting to friends and colleagues on the go , all manner of news feeds as well as app use ( banking , investments , productivity , authentication. etc ) would be impossible


So while I would welcome it , in exchange for a much simpler life , I depend on my phone for a huge part of my existence as I understand it.

I already did everything on and to a phone it is easy everyone can. I just use it for calls, messages, gps

get a old school phone and invest in outdoor time, physical media like bored games, books etc maybe get others to hang out with you without technology we did it in the 90's make stuff up. It's hard if your addicted to technology so maybe take 30 minutes a day and the easier it gets the more you'll want to be away from technology

It's definitely hard. You have to make yourself busy doing other things

I do it every day I haven't owned a cell phone for years.

Get a flip phone. Trust me, you'll be on it a while lot less than a smartphone.
