It is incredibly bizarre, violating, and psychologically draining to have someone monitor your digital presence all day just to harass you. This behavior, often called cyberstalking or targeted harassment, goes beyond typical trolling and is a severe form of abuse
That's a cyber bully, they track you like the government!
