A hand-held "medscanner" like the one used on Star Trek that could immediately detect a person's actual sex, as well as scan all bodily functions to determine any anomalies or health issues and give recommendations for achieving optimum health.

Transporters please. It would be great to be able to go on vacation by beaming there in a matt of seconds, rather than hours waiting in TSA lines and then more hours on a plane.

@AviatorTom, they would still put TSA before those transporters. Their reasoning would be terrorists could move around the world way too quickly if there was no security around those transporters.

Mass-produced quality beef sounds cool, the prices would fall significantly... However, what I personally need the most right now is female humanoid robots with artificial wombs. Not necessarily for me to get one of them, but for women to ditch feminism and start actually putting in effort to be approachable for men (including me). I want a Family, and the demographics are failing horribly throughout the West. We need this tech ASAP.
