as you can see on the link you just posted at the update

that link ends with the numbers 4614434... and that's why it doesn't work as "embed"

what you need to do is to "copy direct link" to the actual file

and it should look something like this... "adamsandlerdodgeball. gif"

it has to end on dot gif...

As a boomer, I can't tell you that all you have to do is choose the picture option next to your avatar here and then select the. gif file from your computer, etc., that you wanna add to the post. Sorry.

Find a gif you like , copy the link, make sure it has a. gif at the end of the link. It loads better that way. You can copy and paste the link in comments and opinions. For opinions its easier to use the add a image tab and then just post the link there.

okay. the file needs to be stored on your hard drive. Then when you answer a question there is a row of icons t the top of the answer box. Choose the one that says "add image" when you hover your mouse over it. (its the little picture frame). Right click on the icon and when the dialog box opens up click on "Choose File" and then browse to your. GIF file and select it. Click the "Add Image" button.
