I'll go first.

1) If you ever get a "Your connection is not private" error and there's no option to proceed, just type thisisunsafe on your keyboard the page will open. The things you type won’t appear on the screen, but they’ll be recognized in the background.

2) If you don’t have internet or you’re using a tablet, you can download your route on Google Maps and use it offline. Use Google Maps offline when you don’t have internet

In sales (and this happens all the time in life too), there is a moment where you've said your piece. Maybe the price or the end of your sales pitch or a response to an objection. Many people will hold the silence.

Just hold the silence, maintain eye contact. They're trying to shake you up and if you do this, you'll close soooo many more deals. It's such a stupid but effective game. Like you're from 3rd grade having a playground staring contest.

But he wants to sell the highest price and thenn He advartesises , And He give the same meeting time to customers who wants to see car first. And then 3 people come to meeting at the same time. And then the price starts to be debated, people personalize the situation, and they compete with each other, thinking "I want it, I'll buy it." And then He paid the money to feel important, even though he wouldn't normally want to pay that much. Hahaha, men usually get carried away too quickly. (The story is real) Ahahahaha
