If space burial were affordable, would you choose to be launched into orbit?

After you die, you are placed into a rocket (probably as ashes, but for a fee, your whole body) and launched into orbit somewhere, to spend time in space... forever... until your ship is crashed. Assume the purchase is affordable.

Your memories will be broadcast to the galaxy forever, as long as the solar panels operate.

No. Natural burial is the way to go. Everyone who chooses to do anything else, or gets embalmed before they are buried is removing themselves from the natural lifecycle. Everyone is worried about “global warming” but nobody wants to talk about the damage they’re doing through egocentric end of life rituals.

I would Love to be Part of it, But not just alone..

How about we Freeze Caskets of all Dead people who want space Burials and Put them together in spaceship..

Then their Caskets Individuals launched into Oblivion in Outer space!.. I think it would be Beautiful to be Frozen at absolute Zero using liquid Oxygen..

And Outer space if basically Absolute Zero, so The Casket will Remain frozen until it reaches another star of a Big Planet and It will Last and Average of 1 Million Years!. Even Graves on earth don't last that Long..

There is also a Possibility that Some of Such Casket will Last +4Million Years Easily and Be floating in outer space even when Our Sun is Extinguished.. and found By some Super advance Alien Civilization in next 1 Billion Years or More!.

It also has a chance that they might study me or clone or Revive me!.. I would Gladly Play those Odds or I would Set My Casket to stay in Earths Orbit for a 1000 Years!.. Geocentric so future Humans can Bring me Back and Revive if they feel interested

I think it's a winner for some. It may be expensive, but why not just give everything you have to your space burial. people on earth don't need it.
Might be an issue of whom burried near.
But then agin... have you seen the catacombs in France? Millions people burried under ground their bones all stacked. It's a sight to see. I think space be better. I question if a ship could really last that long, with power, and such.
