How many hours do you spend in front of a screen each day?

All things considered, not that much. Perhaps an hour, maybe two if I'm particularly bored or working on something. My phone gives me a weekly report of how much screen time I've had. It usually says I've had a lot more than that, but that's because I listen to stuff on YouTube as I'm working out, doing chores, or something like that; I'm not actually watching, but just listening.

Work is 8. Then I'm so tired afterwards that it can be another 2.

I hate it though so will change my work.

Plus it's not good for my eyesight.

My job is literally a desk job and I kinda hate it because my eyes start to hurt so bad so idek how many hours but it has to be a lot

well i don't do gaming. or 'tv escape' but for my jobs and research probably 12-13 hours on computer or phone internet each day.
