I'm going to rest on politics and take a break!
Today I'm going to talk about my own addition!
BOOKS
I love to read.
I have been reading since I was very young.
When I lived with my grandma.
I had a ton of books at least 713 books.
I liked fantasies, Mysteries, young adult.
Everything you could think of.
I read them super fast!
300+ page books were nothing to me.
I would read those in 3 days or less.
I had the time.
I was homeschooled so I would be home all day after my work was finished.
Reading filled in all that time left.
I had a book club I would go to every Wednesday afternoon.
I loved talking about my favorite books with people who also liked it.
It would also push me to try new books of all kinds of genre's.
I also would write my own stories sometimes. (Now that's another story)
I loved and still love to write.
But books are my universe! ^_^
I want you to read with me.
If you don't like reading, here's a few things that might change your mind.
1. Understand that it might be the book that's the problem and not you.
Sometimes a lot of people who don't like to read have only tried one book.
The thing is that one book could have just been boring.
I suggest reading maybe 2 or 3 books before deciding you don't like it.
Because even I pick up books I didn't find interesting but no that there's better out there.
So make sure you're reading the good ones!
2. Identify the genre you like best.
This can make it easier and narrow down your search.
You might like mysteries, or romance, Or even historical fiction. (My personal favorite!)
You can experiment too if you're not sure.
This just makes it easier to find what you would enjoy best.
3. Go to the library!
If you don't want to waste money on books.
Instead of buying the books.
just go to the library where the books are free!
That way you don't waste money on a book you didn't like.
All you need is a library card!
If you really like the book you can just purchase it.
Just be careful and mindful that you don't own them.
If you damage them you can get fines.
4. Set up a reading nook!
Get comfortable while you're reading.
It doesn't have to be fancy.
Just a comfy chair and a pillow in your lap, with some tea will do.
Just set up a cute little place for reading.
Get the good atmosphere going!
5. Read your heart out!
Alright now it's time to pick a book!
Decide what you like and read it!!
