I did not know they had nude beaches in India. Anyway, sunscreen. And that is mainly for your butt and backs of the legs. people often forget those and burn badly.

Try to find someplace to spread your towel with other people near including women. If there any creeps (of any age) they will usually avoid groups, and those in the group would probably help look out for you if guys start bothering you. Don't get embarrassed if seeing someone arouses you. Girls are lucky that they don't raise a flag when the are aroused, like guys do.

And have fun. It is a great lifestyle. And can help you with self-confidence.

Just dont be scared, the first 10-30 minutes are weird.

But you'll realize everyone else is naked as you and noone will judge your for beeing naked.

ladies can be fun if you open up and stop thinking that everyone is looking at you.

I been to nude beach. Nude Campground. and nude hotel parties were the whole hotel is rented out.

And from what I seen It takes women A couple a trips to the beach to fully get naked and be comfortable.

So here is my advice. Be naked as much as possible before you go. To get comfortable with yourself. If you do. You will have a much better experience.

Don't stare at people's junk. You'll be surprised at how fast it just becomes normal to be naked and not as noticeable. You'll also notice real fast that some women look better with their cloths on.
