Yeah quite a few.

one flight in a Hercules C-130, the hydraulics developed a leak and the crew had to divert.

another Herc, engine failure on take off, quick stop

another Herc, cracked windscreen, meant low level return to UK.

Engine failure in Hawk during air test, engineers go back seat for the flight.

Nope.
The closest was deep over the Pacific doing inflight refueling.
We'd almost connected when we were buffeted by a heavy wind that pushed us up and the pilots had to dive. We were in freefall for a few seconds... I mean we felt weightless In the cabin.

No injuries, just lots of surprised cussing.

Not directly, but one week after using the airplane (Cessna air taxi connecting the shore with some Frisian islands) it went down killing all four or five people on board. Reading that gave me a moment of pause...
