A website says 4:42 am, perhaps it is in daylight saving hours or so 🤔... Previously India was Not this many hours different to my country.

Umm as an Indian I will say Tamil Nadu is least crowded my visitors in Summer. Because it's super hot. In North it is least crowded in Winter. In West also Summer. In east during monsoon (rain is really heavy in my area).

So winter in India is what I meant probably around December to March. July Super hot months may June July August are vacation months. I think you are in US. If you are Indians lives in here too and they like to travel during their kids vacation. So any th8ng off season for airlines and hotels would be much better time of the year to travel.
