Here's a video of the Irular tribe located near Chennai. India is big mysterious place to me and we won't go next year, but we will go sometime. Where would you go, what would you do?

How would you learn the basic language (s)?

Maybe we go to Kathmandu...

It's really really where we go to... possibly... why not?

I think the temples are so much more older and mysterious than Taj Mahal stuff
Most temples are a world class architectural marvel built 1000s of years ago much before any technology

Not a place I would holiday. Was part of a charity where we built a church with 20 public bathrooms so they wouldn't have ti crap in the street. The bathrooms were unused, they preferred crapping in the streets

There's no shortage of things to see there (I've been there). I recommend Goa, among other places.
