Personally I'd be too scared I'd sleep past my stop and end up somewhere horrid like Crewe.
But what of you, have you ever fallen asleep on public transport?

Yes the trams in Nottingham are so boring.
I nodded off and woke up just as I heard the beep warning the doors where closing. I thought it was at my stop so leaped up and dived out just in time only to find I was on the stop before mine... It was a 20 min wait to get the next tram
Not really. I pretended to have been asleep, though.
During my military time I got a free train week-end ticket for my home town. But the girlfriend was three towns further away. So... if a controller came around (past my valid destination) I asked him when we arrive there. Each single time they felt pity with me falling asleep - and I got away with it.
Yikes! I wouldn’t want to wake up in Crewe either. The only time I have fallen asleep on public transport was after flying into Heathrow, and instead of spending the extra to take the train, I chose the bus to get to my final destination. I woke up when my head hit the window. Talk about being embarrassed.
No. I have never used public transit. I am too far outside the city

LOL you of all people should know why they got the blanket and what she is doing under it. Also I have not. Being on any kid of public transit makes me super alert. So even if I'm running on next to no sleep, I'm 110% awake.
I've only done it when I've been dragged on like shopping excursions with my sister and her daughter's/my nieces in tow. I'd be the one stuck hauling all her purchases. 🥵 Sis would always let me nap if we got on a bus or tram to get home...
Yup.
the bus driver didn’t see me and at least he didn’t make me pay for the return trip.
i guess they just can’t get any quality sleep with the lights on. Good thing they had that blanket.
I fell asleep on a late night train in Germany (it was a small town and a dead-end station) and woke up at 1 a. m., an hour after it arrived.
Yes, falling asleep on public transport happens now and then to me. A few times, on a train or tram, I missed a stop because waking up a little too late. Most of the times I wake up a little before the train stops at my station.
Not on a local train or bus. Homeless people sometimes ride the train all day, taking naps.
Yeah, I fell asleep on a bus. That's how I lost my job as a bus driver.
I'm a light sleeper. I need pure darkness and silence. I saw one woman get her purse stolen by a homeless guy on the train.
Yes, long ago I did fall asleep once but woke up in time for my stop. But I never fell asleep with a gal blowing me like in the picture.
Yes, granted I was suffering from food poisoning and smelled like vomit. None was on me, but vomiting every two hours affects your breath.
Also some trains here travel through the night, and people sleep on them because if you're leaving from Chicago on the Texas Eagle or California Zephyr, it can take well over a day to get to San Antonio or the San Francisco Bay area (respectively), provided you go that far. A train travels at about 75 mph, and with all the stops added in, either ride is over 24 hours. When my aunt was getting married in San Francisco, my parents and i took the California Zephyr from Chicago to get there. We slept on the train because it ran through the night.
Okay. If you say that they are sleeping! I’ll believe you.
if the commute is long yeah.. I usually do when I go into the city
I’ve fallen asleep on a school bus when I was younger but that was the extent of it.
I hardly ever took public transportation. I'd be afraid to fall asleep on public transportation. I might end up missing my stop or getting mugged
We using slept and passed out synonymously? Then yeah I definitely have
Do you want to get robbed? This is how you get robbed.
I have fell asleep on a public bus before and a water taxi also.
On the bus all the time in high school... best sleep
It would have been more convincing if she was on her side.
No, I'd be afraid of getting a surprise blowjob.
Who worries about missing their stop when you're getting train head?
No, that's how you get hurt.
Oh! Mr. Porter.
I don't fall asleep anywhere
Lol. I wouldn't want to end up in Crewe, either.
It looks like a blow job
Yes many many yeas ago on a bus lol
Maybe on an airplane but not on the subway.
