Disabled in Japan, marijuana substitute?

I live in America, and receive medical marijuana for chronic pain, ptsd, and insomnia. Marijuana is highly illegal in Japan, and I will be visiting Tokyo for a month next year. I'd like to find a legal way to combat my issues. Anything is appreciated.

@Ironic_Method when you eat meat, it takes a longer time to digest in the body. So while she is sleeping, it'll still be digesting her body which is probably why she can't sleep or doesn't get quality sleep.

First, I'm anonymous right now. Therefore you don't know if I consume meat. Second, I have PTSD, which is why I can't sleep. I assure you, meat didn't cause my trauma.

Preferably, I would suggest to you to just not go. The Japanese treat disabled people like shit, and anyone else who doesn't fit their backwards narrative of "the perfect human"
