Well two places. First the Topaz coast out of Melbourne along the 12 Apostles. They are limestone columns standing out of the sea. Quite spectacular. There are 19th century ship anchors on the beaches from shipwrecks in that era. The surf is quite dramatic as there nothing between the Antarctic and that coast.

Second I'd share my love of majestic Mountain Ash trees to the east of there. They are either the tallest or second tallest flowering tree. There is nothing like the scent amongst a stand of them. If we are lucky we'll see a lyre bird.

I dunno about “pretty” but one of my favorite places is fascinating and arguably creepy. In Paulding, Michigan there’s a phenomenon known as “The Paulding Light”. As yet still unexplained despite decades of research, there are legends and supernatural theories surrounding it. Everyone should experience such a thing at least once in their life; especially science zealots.
