Um, you're going to find that in EVERY language that's spoken in a place with high levels of English spoken, too. Even here in the US, I've heard it in Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.

I wouldn't be surprised. I know in Hmong it does. I was in Korea very briefly, and I could never understand if they were speaking English or Korean to me
